Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

How do I order?

Select the product that you want to purchase and click “Add to Cart”. Choose the desired quantity.

How can i receive confirmation about my order?

You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order in which an order number along with all the delivery details will be mentioned.

How do I pay for my orders?

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and accept online payments via all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Is it safe to pay with credit/debit card? 

Yes. All payment information submitted by our customers is kept confidential. All Credit Card and Debit Card payments are processed over a secure encrypted connection, with the highest level of security and confidentiality. Only authorized personnel have the right to access this information.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, your personal information is absolutely safe.

What happens if my payment fails?

The order will only be processed once the payment has been received in our account. If you’re unable to make the online payment, please contact our customer service.

Do you offer a refund or exchange ?

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Can I make any addition or change in order before its shipped?

If you need to make a change to an existing order, please call us or WhatsApp at +92 311 1247247 as soon as possible. Once your order has been confirmed any changes in it, may delay your delivery date.

What does thread count mean?

Thread-count shows the number of threads in a square inch of cloth. Thread-counts when related to bed linen can range from 120 to over 1,000. A standard men’s work shirt would be made using cotton with a thread-count of around 220. A higher thread count means that the fabric is stronger, softer and more luxurious.

How long do I need to wait for delivery?

We aim to deliver your order within 7 days, depending on our stock availability and area where you live. We always confirm your delivery date 3-4 days after the placement of the order. Other than that made to order products might take longer to be delivered as they are customized especially according to your requirements. Again, for personalized orders we will confirm your delivery date within 3-4 days after you have placed the order.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free delivery on orders amounting Rs. 4,900 and above. For orders under this amount, standard delivery charges will apply.

What if I change my mind after ordering online?

Although discouraged, you can cancel your order by contacting us on our helpline within 24 hours. If the order has already been delivered, you will have an option to exchange the product, as the product cannot be refunded once delivered. This facility does not apply to customized items or those made according to your specifications.
